BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE STUDIO:
- Arrive only at the specified class time (clients arriving early will be asked to wait outside.
- Avoid public transport when travelling to classes and appointment if possible.
- Arrive wearing Pilates appropriate clothing and a minimum amount of personal belongings.
- Grip socks are required.
- Masks are required to enter the studio (you will be able to remove your mask during exercise).
- Bring your own personal water bottle, no water will be provided.
- DO NOT attempt to attend the studio if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus. If you are unwell or feeling unwell DO NOT attend class.
ON ARRIVAL AT THE STUDIO:
- Clean your hands using alcohol gel from the hands-free hand sanitation unit at the entrance.
- Put your mask on before entering the studio, masks can be taken off once you have arrived to your equipment and are ready to begin exercise.
- Follow the new one way system when entering and exiting the studio.
- Maintain a minimum of 1m distance with others.
- Wear grip socks at all times.
- Please leave your belongings in the car.
DURING YOUR CLASS:
- Reformer classes have been reduced to a maximum 3 reformers with polycarbonate sneeze guards between reformers.
- You can remove your mask once you are ready to exercise.
- The teacher maintain 1m+ social distancing.
- There will be no manual adjustments during the class.
- All props have been temporarily removed from the studio, you are welcome to bring your own to your equipment classes.
- New wipe-clean vinyl foot straps and handles have been fitted.
- Where possible the windows and doors will be open to increase ventilation.
ON LEAVING YOUR CLASS:
- Put your mask on before leaving your class and upon arrival.
- Leave your class promptly.
- Leave one at a time.
IN BETWEEN CLASSES:
- A 10 minute gap will be left between classes to ensure no client crossover.
- I will personally sanitise all contact surfaces, cleaning with disinfectant spray or wipes.
- I will wash my hands according to NHS guidelines before and after each class.
- Where possible the windows and doors will be open to increase ventilation.
TOILETS:
- Toilets will be available for those that absolutely must need them.
- Hand sanitise your hands with alcohol gel using the hand sanitation unit at the entrance before touching any surfaces or door handles.
- Thoroughly wash your hands following the instructions provided.
- The bathroom will be checked and cleaned regularly.
